Payment structure: billed monthly in advance
Everything in Tier 1: CORE, plus:
- Priority Support
- Monthly CARE Services (up to 2 hours per month):
- Troubleshooting/resolving website issues, including but not limited to those caused by automatic updates
- Text edits
- Image replacement
- Adding or removing blog posts, team members, services, etc.
- Updating contact details or hours
- Uploading PDFs or downloadable files
- Creating new pages using existing templates
- Creation of templates
- Adding popups or banners (e.g., for promos, alerts)

- Any time over and above the allotted time will be billed at the standard hourly rate (currently $150/hr)
